Gabalong Tea
Gabalong Tea a Japanese tea drunk mainly for its health-giving properties. Once a year the most tender shoots are picked and stored under nitrogen. This produces a tea with a much higher Gaba content than conventional green Sencha has.
Delicate leaves with the fresh taste of grass. Grown primarily in the Shizuoka District, near the city of Osaka.
"Gaba""long" breaks down as "Gaba" meaning gamma-amino acid and "long" is taken from Oolong. Gaba defends the body against high blood pressure, insomnia, and stress.
